Our new patient visits generally include a dental cleaning, unless otherwise communicated by our team member upon scheduling an appointment. If a cleaning is deemed appropriate, we often have appointments available on the same day for your convenience.
We accept most insurances, including Metlife, Humana, Guardian, Careington, Cigna , Aetna , Delta PPO, BCBS, Principal , DNOA, DHA, and GEHA.
Our dental team will gladly help you with an estimate of benefits before your treatment and with filing your insurance claim. If we are out-of-network for your insurance, we will help guide you in filing a claim. Patients are responsible for the difference between the insurance benefit and the cost of the procedure. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
